Notification to Opt Out of the 48-Hour Working Week Agreement

Under the Working Time Regulations 1998, a worker shall not work in excess of the ‘Working Week’ (an average of 48 hours each week over a 17 week period) unless it is agreed in writing that this limit should not apply.

If you wish to have the option to exceed an average of 48 hours work per week, please choose Yes below. You can change your mind at any time by giving P.I.E.R Ltd four weeks’ notice in writing to end this agreement.
